I have learned that the only way to journey through life is by being your authentic self. I am still the same person I was twenty years ago except I have gained some knowledge, lots of experience, a little weight and a few wrinkles. I am grateful for it all as these are testaments to a life well lived. For all the women coming behind me, including my daughter, I say, lead by example, find beauty everyday, have goals not expectations and learn to embrace yourself every step of the way.
